Position: Lead Management Specialist

About Us:
Onze Retreats is a leading luxury retreats and events business specializing in offering unforgettable experiences. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Management Specialist to handle incoming leads, conduct outreach, and create marketing journeys that drive client engagement and nurture relationships.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
• Manage and qualify incoming leads using HubSpot CRM.
• Organize and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects for outreach.
• Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
2. Communication:
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to engage with leads effectively.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and guide leads through the qualification process.
3. Marketing Automation and Sequences:
• Create tailored email sequences and marketing journeys to nurture and engage leads.
• Implement automation workflows using HubSpot to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Cold Outreach:
• Strategize and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting key industries.
• Develop personalized messaging to capture attention and spark interest.
5. Reporting and Insights:
• Track and report on lead engagement, pipeline activity, and campaign performance.
• Provide insights and suggestions to optimize lead management and outreach strategies.

Requirements:
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in using HubSpot CRM for lead management, email marketing, and workflow automation.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in lead generation, qualification, and email outreach.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of email marketing tools, segmentation, and automation processes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred:
• Familiarity with the hospitality, wellness, or events industry.
• Experience with CRM tools and outreach strategies beyond HubSpot.
• Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
