Experience

1-2 years experience in one of the following fields:
Project Management (preferred)
Customer Service
Information Technology

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
project management or IT certifications (PM preferred)
Proven ability to manage projects and internal resources to completion
Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and email in English
Strong organizational skills
