We're looking for a talented, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement.
Monitor analytics and optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Digital Advertising:
Plan, create, and manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Develop compelling and engaging content, including copywriting for social media, emails, and landing pages.
Create visually appealing graphics and visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Assist with video editing for social media and marketing materials.
CRM Management:
Update and manage the CRM system to ensure client information is accurate and organized.
Automate email sequences, workflows, and follow-up campaigns.
Funnel Building:
Design and build sales funnels for lead generation and conversions.
Work with platforms like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze metrics to report on campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with our team to align marketing strategies with company goals.
Coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating funnels, managing ad campaigns, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
Skills:
Proficient in social media platforms and ad tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Familiarity with funnel-building tools like ClickFunnels or Leadpages.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and video editing is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Proactive, creative, and resourceful problem-solver.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
