We are seeking a talented Video Editor to create engaging video ads for our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You'll be provided with ad concepts and ideas for inspiration, but we expect you to bring these ideas to life creatively and add your own fresh perspectives.

We're looking for someone with the skills to craft eye-catching, high-converting video ads, who can contribute innovative ideas, and deliver consistently on a weekly basis. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and versatile individual to become a key part of our team.

You will be paid per video, or batch of videos.

Responsibilities:

*Create compelling video ads for Facebook and Instagram based on provided concepts and inspiration.
*Offer new creative ideas to enhance ad performance.
*Deliver high-quality ads consistently on a weekly basis.
*Bonus Experience with marketing and understanding of what drives ad performance.

Requirements:

*Experience with CapCut or similar.
*Proven experience in video editing and creating ad creatives.
*Ability to take direction and bring ideas to life with creativity and flair.
*Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ad design principles.
*Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
