Dropshipping Customer Service

I am looking for a Full-Time customer service assistant for my Shopify business.

Here are the requirements you need for this job:

- Experience in handling customer service emails.
- Experience with tracking dropshipping orders from China.
- Understand how to use Shopify (refunds, draft orders, etc.)
- Understand how dropshipping from China works.
- Experience communicating with dropshipping agent.
- Experience with clothing store is preferred.
- Excellent written English skill is required.
- Stable connection is a must.
- Consistent and hardworking.
- Problem solving skills.
