We're looking for Social Media & Marketing Coordinator!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

· Content Creation: Craft engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) aligned with our brand voice.

· Social Calendar: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

· Video Editing: Create and edit short social video snippets for posts and stories.

· Post Scheduling: Use scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to automate posts for optimal timing.

· Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and conversations on our social platforms.

Design & Creative

· Canva Design: Utilize existing Canva templates to create professional and polished graphics for social posts.

· PowerPoint Design: Update PowerPoint decks as needed for marketing and client work.

· Guides, Downloadable, and One-Pagers: Assist in designing PDFs, guides, and other downloadable resources.

· Blog Assets: Create eye-catching cover images and visuals for blog content.

Marketing Support

· Email Campaigns: Build and schedule marketing emails in Klaviyo (or other platforms).

· Copywriting: Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, emails, and other marketing materials.


Qualifications & Skills:

·Social Media Savvy: 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content.

· Design Proficiency: Comfortable using Canva and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

· Video Editing: Experience editing short-form video for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn videos).

· Marketing Tools: Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus.

· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to write engaging, concise copy.

· Highly Organized: Detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Willing to work Arizona time.

Extra Nice-to-Haves:

· Advanced Copywriting: Ability to write more in-depth copy for campaigns, blogs, or other marketing assets.

· Creative Strategy: Experience contributing to content strategy or brainstorming campaigns.

· Analytics Experience: Familiarity with social media analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
