Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer in a BPO Industry
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant frameworks/tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
