About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will take on a variety of essential tasks to support our brand’s operations. Your responsibilities will span customer service, social media management, order fulfillment, supplier communication, and other general tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while contributing to the success of our brand.

This is a long-term role with opportunities for growth. We are committed to building a strong relationship with our team members and only seek those who are equally committed to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, tracking numbers, and general questions with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure responses are provided within 24 hours.

Social Media Management: Assist with content posting, responding to customer comments and messages, and managing engagement across our social media platforms.

Order Fulfillment: Manage order processing and tracking updates to ensure customers receive their purchases on time.

Supplier Communication: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that arise.

General Administrative Tasks: Support other tasks as needed, including reporting, improving workflows, and assisting with brand operations.

What We’re Looking For:
Commitment: We’re seeking long-term team members who want to grow with us.
Availability: Flexible hours depending on the needs of the business (hours may vary depending on how fast we scale).
Exclusive Focus: You must not currently be employed full-time or part-time with another brand.
Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Skills & Tools:
Customer Service: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Shopify: Strong experience with managing Shopify stores.
Payment Platforms: Familiarity with PayPal and Klarna disputes is a must.
Social Media: Experience managing platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Communication Tools:
Slack for team collaboration.
DeepL (or similar translation tools) for multilingual tasks.

Reporting Tools: Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
