Job Title: Full-Time Full-Stack Web Developer (Graveyard Shift)
Location: Philippines - Remote
Shift: Graveyard Shift (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM, depending on time zone)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team during the graveyard shift. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, creating seamless user experiences and maintaining robust server-side functionality. This position is ideal for developers who thrive in a focused, independent work environment and are comfortable working during non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers for an optimal user experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Back-End Development:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable server-side logic using languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
Design and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
Build and integrate APIs and RESTful services for seamless communication between systems.
Implement security protocols and ensure data protection for web applications.

General Responsibilities:
Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues to ensure smooth operation.
Perform quality assurance tests and deploy updates or new features.
Monitor server and application performance and address bottlenecks proactively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and processes.
Provide overnight support for critical web-related issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Expertise in back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, Django, Laravel, or Ruby on Rails.
Solid understanding of database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security best practices, authentication methods, and data protection standards.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, even in a remote setup.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines during overnight hours.
High attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
