Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive web, SEO/SEM,
Design, manage, and enhance the Nova Recovery Center’s social media presence.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, measuring outcomes against established goals.
Develop strategies to drive traffic to the company’s website and improve online visibility.
Analyze market trends and optimize campaign performance based on insights.
Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to enhance digital presence.
Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
Manage and control the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Conduct customer research and evaluate market conditions and competitive landscape.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience.
Leverage analytical tools to assess customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Partner with agencies and external vendors to support digital marketing efforts.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption when relevant.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing databases,
A creative mindset with a track record of identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns.
Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, or WebTrends.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including understanding their limitations.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.
Experience in behavioral healthcare is highly desirable.
