JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and promote a talented music artist's brand across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, proven social media marketing experience, and the ability to create engaging content that captivates audiences and grows an online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the artist’s music, events, and personal brand.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the artist and team to align content with branding and goals.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry insights to ensure the artist remains relevant in the digital space.
Engage with fans and followers by responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
Analyze social media metrics and create reports to measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for music releases, concerts, and merchandise.
Work with graphic designers and video editors (if necessary) to produce high-quality visuals.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing, especially in the music or entertainment industry.
Content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and writing engaging captions.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other editing software.
Familiarity with platforms like Spotify for Artists, YouTube Studio, and other music distribution tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for music and understanding of music marketing trends.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to the artist's dynamic schedule.
Experience running paid social media ad campaigns.
Preferred Requirements:

Background in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
Previous work experience with music artists or in the entertainment industry.
Understanding of SEO and music-related content marketing.
Job Details:

Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible, but availability for occasional real-time updates is preferred.
