Role Overview:
The organisation is seeking a Social Media Manager - Shopify Expert to drive its online growth by managing social media strategies and optimising its Shopify platform. This dual-role position involves enhancing the business's digital presence, streamlining its eCommerce site, and ensuring consistent engagement with its audience through organic social media efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Shopify Optimisation
- Maintain and optimise the Shopify platform to improve functionality and user experience.
- Streamline integrations with external platforms for seamless operations.
- Enhance product descriptions, headings, and images for improved site quality.
- Develop a high-quality, user-friendly landing page with optimised navigation for conversions.
- Ensure payment options like PayPal and Afterpay are integrated and visible across all pages.
- Implement and manage tools such as Klaviyo for email marketing and Podium for client quoting.
- Conduct site speed and performance enhancements to ensure optimal operation.

Social Media Management
- Develop and manage organic posting strategies across Meta platforms.
- Plan and execute consistent, engaging content using scheduling tools.
- Align social media content with the Shopify store to boost brand identity and SEO performance.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities
- Recommend cost-effective software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee email marketing strategies and campaigns as the business evolves.
- Collaborate on strategies tailored to DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), B2B, and Warehousing models

Tools and Software Proficiency:
- Shopify for eCommerce management.
- Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns.
- Podium for client communication and quoting.
- Social media scheduling tools and platforms.

Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management and Shopify optimisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO and organic social media strategies.
- Previous experience within DTC, B2B, or Warehousing industries is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of conversion psychology, UX/UI best practices, and eCommerce platform management.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in website performance optimisation and user experience enhancements.
- Proficiency in developing cost-effective operational tools.
- Creative skills for crafting professional and engaging digital content.
