Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer experiences. This individual will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, supporting event registrations, and building positive relationships with participants at every stage of their journey. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits professionalism, and is passionate about helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
* Assist customers in confirming attendance and registering for events.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with participants before, during, and after events to enhance engagement and retention.
* Follow up with event attendees to provide information on program enrollment opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and learn quickly.
* A team player who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Displays a high degree of professionalism in appearance, attitude, and behavior.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
