Solar+battery VA/appointment setter via existing customers

7 year old established installer seeking fluent English speaking, MS office literate, individual familiar with the US solar industry.

Your role will be to contact existing solar customers to check in on how they are doing with their projects savings. After recent utility policy changes, battery’s have become instrumental in showing savings to homeowners and many of our customers are getting discounted equipment for falling in the transitional period where they purchased projects we currently would not recommend.

This is a customer service/appointment setting role. Some folks are going to be happy with the outcome of their project. Most will be in a mediocre position of wanting to see more savings and open to insights and meeting with a consultant. There will be upset homeowners who were set expectations that while true 2 years ago, are not anymore after policy changes.

Addressing questions and concerns, asking for reviews & referrals, while primarily setting appointments with current customers are job duties.

This is a part time role with opportunity to become full time and take on additional roles and responsibilities. This is an entry position offering an opportunity to build a long term relationship with different directions you can advance in.
