About the Role
As the Company Bookkeeper, you will manage all aspects of financial and trust accounting, ensuring seamless processes and accuracy across the board. Key responsibilities include:

Ecommerce Monitoring & Management: Overseeing the financial performance and operations of our Ecommerce stores.
Accounting Systems: Keeping Xero up-to-date and managing all necessary data input.
Client Invoicing & CRM Maintenance: Managing invoicing processes and maintaining the accounting module within our CRM.
Trust Accounting: Performing regular reconciliations to ensure compliance.
Bank Reconciliations: Examining bank statements and ensuring alignment with general ledger entries.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitoring incoming payments and outgoing expenses to maintain healthy cash flow.
Financial Reporting: Creating detailed company financial reports, including profits, equity, and cash flow analysis.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing revenue streams to identify areas of growth and loss.
Evaluating the company’s financial health and software proficiency.
Staff Performance Reviews: Compiling performance data for individual staff members in monthly reports.
Budgets & Forecasting: Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping roles, preferably with exposure to Ecommerce businesses and trust accounting.
