A small but growing firm in Vancouver is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team, working directly with the President of the company and other staff members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Create, execute, and manage
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Track progress toward meeting sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in creating and managing
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in A/B testing.
- Flawless written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in the recruitment and/or tech industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in building sales processes is highly preferred.
- Expert in working from home with high-speed internet, a fast computer, and up-to-date software.
