Instagram Messaging Specialist / DM Lead Setter

Available to contact new followers and messages asap with a scripted conversation, ask them questions related to fitness, lead them through a conversation to see what they need help with, and advance messages towards an introductory phone call to qualify the lead, before sending them my way if they are a qualified lead who is a good fit for my fitness coaching service.

Skill needed: Like talking to people both over text and in person, great written and spoken English, ability to do the same thing over and over again, in high volume, without being bored/sloppy. Naturally curious about learning more about people and being a caring, empathetic listener is a plus.

This is not a spam-message role, but a results-driven role. You must be motivated to get better at the skill of qualifying leads through thorough communication, asking them questions to understand their situation, and give them the right next step of action - whether it is moving forward to the service or giving them advice/a free resource provided.
