JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

Stay Vigilant, a leading credit repair company, is seeking an Experienced Credit Repair Specialist with high-level expertise in the credit industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM and Credit Repair Cloud, as well as the ability to communicate complex credit concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Credit Reports: Review and assess credit reports from all three major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) to identify negative items, errors, collections, and charge-offs that can be disputed.
Manage Disputes: Utilize Credit Repair Cloud to initiate, track, and manage disputes with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies.
Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients through Go High Level, explaining the credit repair process in a way that is simple to understand and providing regular updates.
Go High Level CRM Management: Use Go High Level to manage client relationships, schedule follow-ups, document progress, and automate communications.
Credit Education: Educate clients about their credit reports, credit scores, and strategies for improving their credit health.
Monitor Progress: Keep track of disputes and updates through Credit Repair Cloud, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
Compliance: Ensure all actions taken are compliant with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the credit repair industry, with a deep understanding of credit reports, credit laws, and strategies to improve credit scores.
Proficiency with Go High Level CRM and Credit Repair Cloud for managing client data, disputes, and automating processes.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex credit concepts in a clear, digestible manner.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when reviewing and disputing negative items on credit reports.
Familiarity with credit scoring models (FICO, VantageScore) and how they are impacted by different actions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.
Preferred Skills:

Experience using Credit Repair Cloud and Go High Level CRM for effective client management and dispute tracking.
Experience in customer service or client relationship management, with a focus on building long-term, trusting relationships.
Knowledge of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and relevant regulations.
Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
Working Hours:

Full-time (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours, with preference given to candidates in the Philippine Time Zone (PST) or similar.
Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience.
Bonus potential based on performance and client satisfaction.
