We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Specialist to ensure every aspect of our operations runs smoothly and efficiently. This critical role focuses on auditing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that improve the overall quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and audit guest communications for professionalism and accuracy.
Verify that purchased amenities are in place and meet property standards.
Identify recurring operational issues and collaborate on actionable solutions.
Audit employee productivity and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
Assess and improve the effectiveness of property listings and marketing strategies.
Evaluate client satisfaction through feedback and surveys.
Analyze sales performance, revenue, and expenses to identify areas for optimization.
Monitor occupancy rates and provide recommendations to maximize revenue.
