We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Virtual Assistant who is ready to grow with our company. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional administrative and sales skills, as well as a deep understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Go HighLevel.

What We Do
Maximize My Media specializes in helping car dealerships and salespeople maximize their sales through our flagship service, Facebook Marketplace Pro. We handle everything from posting vehicle ads, managing inventory updates, and real-time messaging to turning cold inquiries into hot leads or appointments.

Your Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you will:
Contact and follow up with all Leads from paid Facebook ads (sales people looking to join our system)

Set up and manage Go HighLevel automations and workflows.
Communicate with clients daily via email and phone.
Handle sales and follow-ups to onboard new accounts to our lead system.
Assist with Facebook and TikTok ad management.
Adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Go HighLevel (GHL): You must have hands-on experience with setting up automations, workflows, and managing the platform.
Strong English Skills: You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Sales and Administrative Skills: Experience in sales and client follow-ups is a must.
Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role, and we require your undivided attention. No other jobs or side gigs are allowed.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital marketing tools is essential.
Fast Learner: You must be able to adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
