JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my real estate investing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess strong organizational and technical skills. Proficiency in using Mailwizz for email marketing is a must as well as Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. Also a basic understanding of real estate concepts is required. Please do not apply to this role if you do not have experience with Mailwizz.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute email campaigns using Mailwizz, including:
-Setting up email lists and segmentation.
-Creating and scheduling email campaigns.
-Monitoring email performance metrics and generating reports.
- Export and format data into Excel

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mailwizz: Experience setting up email campaigns, managing lists, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, and organize data efficiently.
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
