We’re growing our team and looking for a Design, Content & Marketing Specialist to join us as a key player in our Philippines team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company, with the potential to move into a leadership role overseeing key initiatives and managing a team in the future.

For now, your focus will be on execution and collaboration, reporting directly to the founders of WiscWebs. Strategy will be managed by the founders, but you’ll play a crucial role in bringing campaigns and initiatives to life.

What You'll Do

Design & Content Creation

Create visually compelling designs using Canva (must-have) and other design tools (if available).
Design and publish graphics, social media posts, ads, decks, and presentations.
Develop and optimize blog content for readability and SEO, including image creation.
Social Media Management

Manage social media calendars, post schedules, and business profiles.
Collaborate on content strategies.
Engage with our community by liking, commenting, and initiating conversations.
Qualify and convert leads through social engagement.
Organization & Collaboration

Organize and maintain a marketing asset library of images and videos.
Track and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

Design Skills: Mastery of Canva; other design tools are a bonus.
Content Creation: 1-5 years of experience creating assets, managing marketing campaigns, and achieving measurable results.
Social Media Management: Proven track record of managing profiles and creating engaging content.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Buffer (or similar), WordPress, and G Suite.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or proven success in Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A solid portfolio showcasing your marketing, design, and content work.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Set-Up

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Schedule: Flexible, but must be available for communication between 10 am - 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Check-Ins: Minimum of 3 remote check-ins weekly.
Location: Fully remote.
