Visual Designer oR Graphics Designer

Type: Part-time Contract (Approximately 15 hours per week)

Job Overview
As a Visual Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating impactful designs for websites, emails, social media, events, and other branding initiatives. You’ll collaborate with our team to deliver innovative and visually engaging projects for purpose-driven clients.

Responsibilities

Design responsive websites and expand on existing ones.
Develop and refine brand identities, including logos and style guides.
Create high-impact presentation materials and other digital visual elements.
Collaborate with copywriters and web developers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept to final design deliverables.

Qualifications
5+ years of design experience, preferably in a digital agency setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field (preferred).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Canva.
Proficiency in WordPress frameworks and Adobe XD.
Strong knowledge of branding, visual design principles, and typography.
Proven ability to produce production-ready visuals for digital and print media.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Professional proficiency in English.

What We Offer
Compensation: $15–$18/hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Flexible hours within 8 am–5 pm (Monday through Friday).
Perks:
10 paid holidays and 5 paid sick leave days (after 60 days).
Up to $500 USD in tuition reimbursement for approved courses.
Performance-based bonuses: $500 USD at 6 months and another $500 USD at 12 months.
One week of paid time off in December when our office is closed for the holidays.
