JOB OVERVIEW

Pro Acquisitions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of communicating with distressed property owners, uncovering their needs, and identifying motivated sellers. You will play a vital role in our property acquisition process by engaging with potential sellers and collecting critical information that drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to distressed property owners using our call scripts and CRM.

Seller Qualification:

Build rapport with sellers and extract the four main pillars of motivation:

Motivation: Why are they selling?

Price: What is their desired price?

Timeline: How soon are they looking to sell?

Condition: What is the condition of the property?

Data Management:

Accurately document all seller interactions, key details, and feedback into the CRM system.

Keep records updated and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled and completed on time.

Objection Handling:

Address and overcome objections effectively while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Market Research:

Perform light property research to verify seller information and determine the potential value of properties.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the acquisitions team to transition qualified leads and provide detailed notes for a seamless handoff.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling or a similar role.

Familiarity with distressed sellers and understanding of real estate transactions is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in uncovering seller motivation, price, timeline, and property condition.

Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Comfort with CRM tools, dialers, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection.

A quiet home office environment with minimal background noise.

Quality headset and computer/laptop with up-to-date software.
