Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, project management, customer support, and assisting with CRM management and automation workflows. Your ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and efficiently manage CRM systems will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update the CRM, including adding new contacts, leads, and notes.
Create, manage, and automate marketing workflows and processes within the CRM.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars using CRM booking systems.
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and nurturing campaigns through CRM tools.
Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and provide insights.
Assist with email, SMS, and campaign management through CRM communication tools.
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and schedules.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and stakeholders.
Handle additional tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with systems like GHL is a plus).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with other administrative software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to adapt to new tools and technology quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing and CRM automation.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or sales funnel creation is a bonus.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus.
