Hours: 8-20 EDITED VIDEOS A WEEK

About Me:
I am a videographer that films content for big creators on Instagram and Tiktok.

Job Description:
I am looking for a talented video editor who can help transform my filmed content into impactful Reels that resonate with my clients audiences—who are looking for relatable, motivational, and empowering content.
Your #1 job will be to take raw clips I will send you that come with scripts, and put them together into a 30 second to 1 minute video with captions, graphics, and sound effects.
This is a performance-based hiring process.
To secure the full time role, You will be sent an example video, along with the raw clips that were used to create the example video. You must edit the raw clips and try to mimic the exact editing of the example video.
If your work impresses me, I will personally add you to a video call along with the TOP 3 candidates and you will compete for a full-time position to create 10-20 reels per week.
There will be a base pay + incentives the longer you work for me. I will increase your wages the better you get.

Responsibilities:
? Edit 30 second - 1 minute long videos.
? Be willing to Learn and change style of editing to how I want it to look
? Add professional looking captions
? Be ON TIME with edits
? Remove dead space from clips, and make sure videos flow smoothly.
? Add Professional Graphics and Broll to videos.
? Perform general administrative duties as needed
? Make engaging cover photos using stills from video for every video
Qualifications:
? Proven experience using Capcut, or Premiere Pro
? AMAZING English Grammar and Communication Skills
? High IQ Score
? Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube
? Ability to work independently and take initiative
