We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic property management team. If you’re passionate about real estate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are fluent in English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and marketing support to our in-place property management and leasing teams.
- Drive applicant traffic through
- Handle tenant inquiries for apartment rentals, including:
- Booking appointments for property tours.
- Assisting prospective tenants with applications.
- Answering questions about our apartment communities.
- Manage tenant inbound calls, including maintenance requests and repair issues.
- Ensure prospective and current tenants receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Familiarity with property management operations is preferred.
- Experience with property management software (Entrata knowledge is a plus; training provided for candidates with basic tech skills).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
