Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and optimize our paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms, building upon our existing Facebook/Instagram advertising initiatives while maintaining efficient cost per acquisition metrics within our daily budget constraints
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including improving our current cold outreach campaigns and creating engaging nurture sequences for prospective mental health practitioners
- Create compelling content that resonates with mental health practitioners, highlighting our key differentiators such as AI-powered note-taking and practice management features specific to mental health professionals
- Own the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, with a focus on scaling our current $500 MRR to $10,000 MRR within the next 3-6 months
- Collaborate with our team to leverage customer testimonials and success stories to build trust and credibility in our marketing materials


Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms
- Experience in content creation and copywriting for professional service providers
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Understanding of healthcare or mental health industry marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus)


Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or within the mental health industry
- Background in early-stage startup marketing with demonstrated success in rapid growth phases
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page optimization
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
