Job Description
As our WordPress & GoHighLevel Developer, you will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to build, customize, and maintain client websites and funnels. This role will involve both front-end and back-end development tasks, with a strong focus on WordPress, GoHighLevel, and PHP. The ideal candidate should also possess basic design skills to work effectively with our creative team and produce compelling visuals and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development:

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom post types)
Optimize websites for performance and security
Troubleshoot and resolve issues (bugs, conflicts, site performance)
GoHighLevel Implementation:

Set up, configure, and customize GoHighLevel funnels, campaigns, and workflows
Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools)
Monitor campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
PHP & Other Web Technologies:

Develop custom scripts or plugins using PHP
Integrate APIs and other third-party solutions
Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
Design Collaboration:

Work with designers to implement design mockups accurately
Make basic design decisions and adjustments when needed (typography, layout, color schemes)
Ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces
Quality Assurance & Testing:

Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
Perform ongoing site maintenance and updates
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Communication & Collaboration:

Participate in team meetings, provide updates on project progress
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding timelines, requirements, and potential roadblocks
Follow project management guidelines and best practices

Requirements
Proven Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on WordPress development, including theme/plugin customization
GoHighLevel Knowledge: Experience creating and optimizing GoHighLevel campaigns, funnels, and workflows
PHP Skills: Strong understanding of PHP for WordPress customization and plugin development
Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with design principles, tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD), and front-end styling (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues efficiently
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills
Availability: Able to commit to agreed deadlines, attend occasional virtual meetings, and provide timely updates

Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of other CMS platforms or frameworks (e.g., Shopify, Laravel)
Understanding of SEO best practices
Experience with version control (Git)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
