YouTube Channel Specialist – Growth & Lead Generation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube Channel Specialist who can help us grow our YouTube channel, increase engagement, and generate leads from our content. The ideal candidate will have experience in YouTube SEO, content optimization, thumbnail creation, and channel growth strategies.

Our primary goal is to turn our YouTube channel into a powerful lead generation platform that drives real results. We’re not just looking for someone to clip or edit videos—we need a growth expert who can develop and execute a strategy for consistent channel improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a YouTube growth strategy focused on increasing subscribers, views, and engagement.
• Optimize existing and future videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, keywords).
• Create eye-catching thumbnails that improve click-through rates (CTR).
• Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and provide regular reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities for new content.
• Improve audience retention by optimizing video structure and engagement tactics.
• Respond to comments and engage with the community to foster channel growth.
• Collaborate with the content creator (Trevor) to suggest video ideas and formats based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of growing YouTube channels (please provide examples).
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithm best practices.
• Experience in thumbnail design and familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with lead generation strategies through YouTube is a huge plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting improvements and new ideas.
