JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be the backbone of our top-of-funnel operations. You’ll create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage data in Excel (or Google Sheets), and leverage automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) to streamline workflows. You’ll also handle communication with property owners or brokers, providing initial screening of opportunities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
System & Process Optimization

Develop, document, and refine SOPs for outreach, lead management, and internal approvals.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using tools like Make or Zapier.
Data Management & Analysis

Maintain a clean, organized database of potential leads, property info, and outreach status in Excel/Google Sheets.
Generate reports and dashboards to track productivity and pipeline metrics.
Communication & Coordination

Communicate professionally with property owners, brokers, and teammates.
Draft clear, concise emails and messages; provide updates and status reports to leadership.
Project Management

Manage timelines and priorities for outreach campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams (acquisitions, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth handoffs for qualified leads.
(Nice to Have) Real Estate & Financial Literacy

Familiarity with cap rates, NOI, and related concepts is beneficial but not required.
Willingness to learn the basics of real estate analysis as it relates to the role.

Qualifications & Skills
Detail-Oriented: Proven track record of catching small errors and maintaining high-quality output.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with automation tools (Make, Zapier) and CRM/project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Excel & Data Handling: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
Process Building: Experience creating, documenting, and improving SOPs to enhance team efficiency.
Strong Communication: Excellent written English; ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
Self-Management: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bonus: Basic understanding of real estate concepts (cap rates, NOI) or willingness to learn.
