We are currently seeking a personable and professional Customer Service Support / Virtual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing inbound calls, providing clear information, assisting with inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with people over the phone and excel in delivering friendly, solution-focused customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential and current clients with questions and concerns.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for estimators and tea
Record detailed and accurate notes of customer interactions and keep them organized.
Respond to
Assist in coordinating services, providing helpful information to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Communicate effectively with tea
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, call center support, or as a virtual receptionist.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage warmly and professionally over the phone.
Proficient in scheduling tools and CRMs (e.g., Google Calendar, Pipedrive).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote setting.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to problem-solving and customer care.
Attention to detail and strong listening skills to understand and meet customer needs.
