JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and take charge of designing assets that reflect our brand vision and engage our target audience. This is a high-level position where you will lead the development of a wide range of creative materials, including logos, brand guides, brochures, packaging, social media content, Websites and more.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy
Develop and refine brand identities, including logo creation, typography, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Ensure all visual designs align with the company’s brand voice and strategy.

Graphic Design
Design a variety of creative assets such as brochures, flyers, documents, and product packaging.
Craft visually compelling social media content, video thumbnails, and promotional materials to enhance digital presence.
Produce high-quality pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate ideas and strategies.

Content Creation & Marketing
Work closely with marketing teams to develop designs for campaigns, ads, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with content creators to design eye-catching thumbnails and graphics for video content and social platforms.
Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to meet design objectives, creating consistency and quality across projects.

Innovation & Trends
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.
Propose and implement new design ideas to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality work.

Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or other design collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing is a plus.

Creative Expertise:
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and strategically aligned with brand goals.
- Skilled in designing for both print and digital platforms.

Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
