We are an online dating review platform looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our platform provides in-depth reviews and valuable insights into various dating sites, and we need support in maintaining and updating our site’s profiles as well as ensuring our video content is accurately transcribed and posted.

Responsibilities:
Profile Posting: Manually create and update dating site profiles on our platform according to provided guidelines.
Video Transcription: Use AI-powered tools to generate transcripts of our dating site review videos and ensure accuracy by reviewing and editing the content as needed.
Content Integration: Upload and format video transcripts into relevant profiles, ensuring a consistent brand voice and adherence to our content guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Double-check posted content for accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with our editorial standards.
Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular communication with our team to report progress, clarify requirements, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Familiarity with using AI transcription tools (e.g., Descript, Otter.ai) or a willingness to learn.
Basic HTML or CMS experience is a plus (for formatting and posting content).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
