Overview:
I’m a solo entrepreneur looking for a self-motivated Virtual Assistant to help me with project management and content planning. The core tasks include organizing schedules, tracking projects, and collaborating with me on turning video content into written materials with the help of AI tools. You’ll also support some basic social media tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Plan and oversee tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Content Coordination: Work with me to brainstorm topics and create a content calendar.
• AI-Assisted Writing: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to transform videos into written materials (blogs, tutorials, etc.).
• Social Media Help: Schedule content, track engagement, and suggest improvements.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital files, perform basic research, and handle routine reporting.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills (able to manage multiple tasks).
• Basic English proficiency (AI handles advanced grammar, but good written understanding is needed).
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn.
• Reliable internet and computer.
• Positive, proactive attitude with good communication skills.
