Requirements of the contractor:
Strong communication skills (fluent English language skills both written and spoken)
Extensive experience with multi-stream customer communication
Experience with Real Estate Marketing

Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple requests at once
Close eye to detail
Image editing experience
A high quality laptop and strong internet connection


Division: Product Delivery Team
Timezone worked: AEST
Position Description: The responsibility will be to handle customer requests efficiently, edit assets and liaise with the production team to resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

Responsibilities of this contract:
Manage customer amendment requests from initiation to delivery via the helpdesk system.
Address customer service tickets to resolve scheduling and administrative queries promptly.
Take and process customer bookings and other admin requests via email.
Liaise with the wider production team and other stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Report on recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
Perform other reasonable tasks as directed to support team objectives.
Adhering to service standards (SLA's, KPI's and Defect Rates to be reviewed periodically as set by manager)
Basic image and PDF editing tasks
