**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, and videos highlighting new listings, open houses, and market updates.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain and organize CRM systems with up-to-date client and property data.
- Upload data via CSV files and ensure seamless integration into the CRM.
- Utilize CRM tools to execute email campaigns and blasts.
**Transaction Coordination**:
- Assist in transaction-related tasks, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and communication with clients and agents.
- Ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- **Data Management**:
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data.
- Create and format CSV files for various marketing and operational needs.

### **Qualifications:**
- **Experience** in real estate marketing and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in **Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram** marketing tools and strategies.
- Strong **CRM expertise**, including data organization and email marketing.
- Skilled in **Excel** for data analysis and file creation.
- Background in **transaction coordination** is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
