We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Closer to join our team.

This is NOT a role for cold callers, admin VAs, or anyone who hasn’t closed deals. We’re looking for a true sales professional with the drive to win, the skills to close, and the charisma to build lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do
Speak with motivated sellers and negotiate deals for vacant land and houses.
Build strong rapport with sellers, listen to their needs, and craft win-win solutions.
Use your expertise to guide sellers through the process and secure signed contracts.
Utilize Podio CRM to manage leads, track progress, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
Consistently hit or exceed performance targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You must have direct experience in real estate wholesaling, specifically closing deals for vacant land and houses. If you’ve been the one getting contracts signed, we want to hear from you.

Sales Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. You should excel at building trust, overcoming objections, and negotiating win-win deals.

Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Podio CRM or a similar system is required.

Personality & Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges head-on.
