We are a marketing agency working with fast-growing startups. We are hiring a Marketing Associate to primarily support one of our clients. This role involves assisting with Google and Meta ads, setting up email marketing campaigns, and managing creative direct mail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Google and Meta ad campaigns by analyzing performance data and providing optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate on developing direct mail campaigns, from concept creation to logistical execution.
- Support the creation and launch of an email marketing program, including using tools like Apollo and Instantly.
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance across all channels.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Google and Meta advertising, email marketing, or direct mail campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Adobe suit proficiency/ graphic design skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas.
