Here's the deal:

We're looking for a Marketing Designer who:

• Lives for high-converting landing pages
• Gets excited about A/B test results
• Understands direct response principles
• Knows how to make key elements "jump"
• Can design multiple page types:

Product pages that actually sell
Listicles that keep people scrolling
Advertorials that feel editorial
Landing pages that convert like crazy
Requirements:
• Perfect English (you'll work with copy)
• Strong Figma skills (we move fast)
• Portfolio of CONVERSION projects
• Experience with mobile-first design
• Understanding of load speed impact
• Basic knowledge of dev limitations

But here's what we REALLY need:

Someone who understands the subtle art of:
• Making CTAs impossible to miss
• Creating visual hierarchies that sell
• Designing scroll-stopping headlines
• Using white space strategically
• Making long-form content digestible

Bonus points if you:
• Have experience with Shopify or Wordpress or WooCommerce
• Understand basic marketing psychology
• Can explain WHY your designs convert
• Have actual A/B test results to share
• Know how to work with developers

The Interview Process:

1. Send your portfolio
(Focus on projects that made money)

2. Record a 2-min video explaining:
- Your biggest design WIN
- Your biggest design FAIL
- What you learned from both

3. Complete a paid test project
(We'll pay you $100 to critique and redesign one of our pages)
