Experienced Listing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled listing manager with proven expertise in Beds24, Guesty, or Hostify. You must have significant experience with Booking, Airbnb, PriceLabs, and syncing these tools for maximum efficiency. This is a long-term role with a competitive salary. Responsibilities:
Manage channel managers and calendars.
List and integrate properties on platforms like Airbnb, Booking, Hostaway, VRBO, and PriceLabs.
Optimize pricing and improve listings for profitability.
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and contractors.
Set up automated messages and manage reimbursements.
Handle booking cancellations without penalties.
Conduct price comparisons and revenue management.
