JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative Manager to join our team. This role will start as a solo position, where you will handle customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and resolve issues. As we grow, you will take the lead in building and managing a team of customer service representatives to maintain and elevate our customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably with managerial responsibilities.
Prior experience with hearing aid companies or a deep understanding of hearing aid products is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a growing organization.
