JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Operations Specialist & Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This unique role focuses on supporting every aspect of real estate transactions, from administrative tasks to lead generation and content creation. Key Responsibilities:
• Transaction Coordination:
• Manage all back-end processes of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Handle documentation, scheduling, and communication between clients, agents, and vendors.
• Social Media Management & Content Creation:
• Develop and post engaging content across platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Snapchat, to generate leads and build our online presence.
• Stay updated on social media trends and strategies to increase audience engagement.
• Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling:
• Implement strategies to identify and nurture potential leads.
• Conduct follow-ups, respond to inquiries, and set appointments for the real estate team.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain databases, calendars, and task management systems.
• Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, and customer service inquiries.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for creating content.
• Customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient with technology, including CRM platforms, Google Suite, and social media tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Understanding of social media analytics and strategies to boost engagement.
• Background in real estate or administrative support is advantageous but not required.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be able to work during U.S. time zones to ensure seamless communication and support for the team and clients.
