Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Log and manage orders using Google Sheets accurately and efficiently.
- Send outreach messages to potential clients via WhatsApp.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding cold-calling agents as needed.
- Be available around the clock for occasional urgent callouts or client needs.
