The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, making competitive offers, and closing profitable real estate deals—all remotely. You must have a proven track record in acquisitions, excellent negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment strategie

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze property values and market trends to determine profitable offers
- Contact and negotiate with property sellers to reach favorable contract agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, ensuring profitable deals
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track deal progress
- Provide regular updates to the management team on deal status
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet monthly acquisition goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager or similar role in virtual wholesaling**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze property data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in CRM software and other real estate management tools
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English



Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of U.S. real estate markets
- Experience with property valuation tools
- Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation strategies
