Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support our online store’s daily operations and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating performance reports, sourcing new business opportunities, and managing our Customer Success Management (CSM) processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for identifying trends that can help drive sales and improve the customer experience.
As we are looking for someone based overseas, the ability to communicate effectively across different time zones and collaborate remotely is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics
Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rate, customer retention, inventory levels) to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team.
Sourcing and Opportunity Analysis
Research potential new markets, product lines, and partnership opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, or service providers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product availability.
Customer Success Management (CSM)
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and prompt issue resolution.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and escalations to continually improve service levels.
Develop and refine CSM processes to boost loyalty, satisfaction, and customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and customer service teams to align on product launches, promotional campaigns, and inventory updates.
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., logistics providers) to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) and CRM or CSM tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
