We are a boutique functional medicine practice specializing in autoimmune diseases, gut health, and cognitive decline. We provide high-end, concierge medical care and coaching, driven by principles of evolutionary medicine and personalized healthcare.
This role involves working closely with a nurse practitioner, helping to build her professional brand alongside the clinic’s presence. If you’re ready to be part of a small but impactful team dedicated to transforming healthcare, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Branding and Content Creation
- Collaborate directly with the nurse practitioner to establish her personal and professional brand.
- Develop and execute a 12-month marketing calendar tailored to both the clinic and the practitioner.
- Create, edit, and enhance content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube,
- Produce video content, adding engaging music, animations, and text overlays while ensuring copyright compliance.
Social Media & Campaign Management
- Manage social media accounts, focusing on Instagram as the primary platform.
- Repurpose content for additional platforms, including YouTube,
- Plan and execute monthly newsletters,
- Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize engagement.
Strategy and Collaboration
- Work with the nurse practitioner to create organic, authentic content that reflects her expertise in functional medicine.
- Assist in setting up a home-based content studio to support professional video production.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas for growth.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on personal branding or healthcare.
- Expertise in video editing tools and social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of copyright laws related to content creation.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) for content generation, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SEO strategies and
- Ability to transform raw concepts into polished, audience-friendly content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare marketing or functional medicine.
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns and content you’ve created.
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and video editing software.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $5 to $10 USD per hour, depending on experience.
- Flexible arrangement: full or part-time, but must be available to work between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Austin, Texas time).
