JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Listing & FBA Manager and Advertising Specialist to oversee and enhance our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate (or team) will be proficient in listing creation and optimization, managing FBA operations, and executing effective advertising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
-Listing Creation and Optimization:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing up to 10 new product listings per month. This includes conducting thorough keyword research and planning to enhance listing visibility and indexing. They must ensure that all listings adhere to Amazon’s best practices and SEO guidelines to maximize product discoverability.

-Image and A+ Content Management:
The role involves adding high-quality images to product listings and regularly updating A+ content. The candidate will collaborate closely with our Graphic Designer to create compelling A+ content that is tailored to our brand, ensuring that our products stand out and attract potential customers.

-FBA Management:
Overseeing FBA operations is a critical part of this role. The candidate will ensure smooth product inventory management and efficient order fulfillment, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency between FBA and our Seller account.

-Advertising Management:
The specialist will develop and manage PPC campaigns for individual products and collections. This includes optimizing ad spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) while adhering to budget constraints. They will implement best practices for Amazon Advertising to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

-Account Optimization:
Continuously monitoring and improving seller account performance is essential. The candidate will analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet business goals, ensuring that the account remains competitive and profitable.

-Amazon Troubleshooting:
The role requires identifying and resolving issues related to listings, FBA, and overall account health. The candidate will create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions to maintain seamless operations.

-Marketing Flows and Brand Building:
Developing and executing marketing flows on Amazon Seller Central to drive sales and build brand awareness is a key responsibility. The candidate will utilize Amazon’s programs to solicit and manage customer reviews effectively, leveraging feedback to enhance product credibility and reputation.

-Keyword and Indexing Strategy:
Conducting thorough product and competitor on an ongoing basis to identify high-performing keywords and implementing strategies to improve product indexing and searchability on Amazon is crucial. This ensures that our products are easily found by potential customers.

-Review Management:
The specialist will leverage Amazon’s review programs to obtain authentic customer feedback. They will monitor and respond to reviews to maintain a positive brand image and address any customer concerns promptly.


Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully managing large American brands Amazon Seller Accounts, with extensive experience in listing creation, optimization, and A+ content management. They should be proficient in managing advertising budgets and executing PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s best practices for listings and advertising. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues efficiently, as well as experience with keyword research and implementing SEO strategies for Amazon, are required. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently is also essential.

Preferred:
Fluent in English and crafting culture. Experience with graphic design and content creation is PREFERRED, as is familiarity with tools like Excel, Monday for organization and Analytics for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central’s marketing and review management tools is also preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central is a must. Candidates should have a solid understanding of SEO principles as they apply to Amazon listings. Experience with image editing software is a plus.

Preferred Candidate
We prefer to work with a team to efficiently handle our extensive product range of 400 products. However, highly skilled individuals with the capacity to manage a large volume of tasks are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule and Communication
The working hours for this position are EST 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. There will be a weekly standup meeting every Friday at 12:00 PM to review outstanding tasks and needs. Daily updates are expected via WhatsApp and Outlook email. The candidate will use a company email and Gmail for efficient communication and document sharing. You are expected to work during the time we are in office on a Full-Time basis 40 hour work weeks.

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager B2C for SEO and listing creation, the Graphic Designer for all A+ content creation and alignment, and the Digital Marketing Manager B2B for PPC needs.
