What we’re looking for:
• A technically inclined individual, eager to grow and explore new platforms.
• Familiarity with 3CX is a plus but not a requirement—we provide all the training you need!
• Someone who can follow instructions carefully and document their work effectively.
• A fast learner with a strong desire to develop expertise in technical support for VoIP and the 3CX platform.
• A reliable candidate who is committed to long-term collaboration, as our training and onboarding involve significant time and investment.
• 20 - 40 hours per week.
What you’ll do:
• Learn and master the 3CX platform to provide exceptional support to our customers.
• Assist with VoIP system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team, leveraging your problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
