Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our financial operations across multiple business models (dropshipping and wholesale with stock). The candidate will play a critical role in building and establishing a robust finance system to support long-term business growth, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with local and international regulations.

This role is not just bookkeeping or basic accounting. We need someone who can handle complex financial operations, collaborate with external consultants on compliance and tax strategies, and streamline financial processes to support business scalability and health.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate records of revenue, costs, and transactions across various LLCs and marketplaces.
- Reconcile transactions across multiple financial platforms, including Payoneer, Airwallex, Spendwell, and traditional bank accounts.

2. Inventory and Dropshipping Oversight:
- Collaborate with operations teams to track and reconcile inventory for wholesale and stock-based models.
- Manage financial workflows related to dropshipping and ensure accurate reporting of associated costs.

3. Cash Flow and Budgeting:
- Develop and manage clear cash flow plans to ensure timely payments to suppliers, agencies, and teammates.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial operations with business objectives.

4. System Development:
- Build and establish a comprehensive finance system to standardize financial reporting and support future business growth.
- Streamline finance approval processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

5. Management Accounting:
- Prepare and analyze management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Provide actionable insights to minimize costs, streamline processes, and improve overall business health.

6. Collaboration and Compliance:
- Act as a liaison with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors to address complex financial issues.
- Execute plans and suggestions from consultants, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

7. Financial Planning and Optimization:
- Assist in developing and implementing financing strategies, including loans and interest rate calculations.
- Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making to support business growth.

Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven experience in financial management, particularly in e-commerce operations.
- Background in managing finances for marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart).
- Familiarity with inter-LLC transactions and financial platforms like Payoneer, Airwallex, and Spendwell.
- Hands-on experience in managing inventory-related finances for wholesale or stock-based models.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to solve complex financial challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of financial operations and compliance for multiple LLCs across different countries.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and international financial regulations (a bonus).
- Familiarity with marketplace policies and how they impact financial reporting.

Technical Requirements:
- Stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: PHP30,000–45,000/month for part-time, and PHP 35,000–60,000/month for full-time, based on experience and qualifications.
